At Samvik Research Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope to ensure the delivered work meets your expectations. In cases where issues cannot be resolved through revisions, our refund policy ensures a fair resolution.

Eligible for Refund

  • Service not commenced within 7 days of confirmed start date (due to our delay)
  • Significant deviation from agreed scope without prior communication
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors
  • Service cancellation before work commencement (subject to terms below)
  • Quality issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
  • Technical failures preventing service delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Services already delivered and accepted
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by client non-response or late inputs
  • Scope changes requested after project initiation
  • Dissatisfaction with academic outcomes (grades, acceptance)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
